They have an extensive list of clients they've worked with and have one of the largest portfolio's I've seen in a while.

One of the most interesting aspects of Firstborn is how they take you through their projects and offer multiple options for displaying their work categorized by either project type, medium, or client making navigating the site effective and user friendly.

Their use of action scripting to enlarge each section you enter and minimizing the sub categories generates a fluent experience throughout the site. Most flash portfolio's I view are too time consuming to navigate through the projects waiting for each image to load before moving on. Firstborn setup their portfolio display so you can rollover each project thumbnail for a short description, then if your interested you can click on the thumbnail for a more detailed description, this way you can jump through each client with little to no wait time.

Firstborn is built around using text as the interface instead of a graphic layout offering a unique feel to the presentation; this also generates quick transitions presenting each section in a unique fashion. Overall this is one of my favorite minimalist sites because of the ease of use and aesthetics.
