Reflection
Step One
Place your text or object on top of a gradient creating a horizon effect.Step Two
Copy the text to another layer and do the following:Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical
Once this is done you can now right click on the layer you just fliped and choose select transparency layer to select the text.
Step Three
Fill the selection in with a gradient using the same color as the font you chose, going from 100 to 0 opacity, once the gradient looks like a reflection go:Edit > Transform > Skew
Skew the text from right to left or vice versa depending on which direction the lights coming from.
If your not quite satisfied with the effect you can also create a slight blur on the
reflection by doing the following:
Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
I wouldn't use anything more than a 0.5 on the gaussian blur.
